Chapter 4 of the guidelines adopted in section 90-166 is amended by adding the following:
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Section 403(a). Occupancy. No manufactured home installed on a permanent foundation shall be occupied until the building official has issued a certificate of occupancy therefor as provided in sections R110.3 and R110.4 of the International Residential Code.
