Section 305(e)1.A of the guidelines adopted in section 90-166 is amended to read as follows:

(a) Foundation inspection: To be made (when applicable).

1. Caisson (pier) inspection: After the caisson has been drilled and before concrete is placed (special inspection required).

2. Footing inspection: After excavation is complete, forms are in place and before concrete is placed.

3. Reinforcing inspection: After steel is in place and before concrete is placed.

4. Foundation and waterproofing: After waterproofing is applied and before backfilling is started.
