Section 305(b), the first paragraph, of the guidelines adopted in section 90-166 is amended to read as follows:

The permit holder or his or her agent shall notify the building department when the work authorized by his or her permit is ready for inspection. All inspection requests will be called to the building department. On inspection calls made prior to 4:00 p.m., the inspection will be made the next working day. The building department shall make such inspections and either approve that portion of the construction as completed or shall notify the permit holder or his or her agent wherein the same fails to comply with the code.
