(a) In addition to the reasons set forth in section 86-35, the licensing administrator shall issue a general, seasonal, or temporary retail business license if he or she finds that the applicant has applied for or has been issued each additional license, if any, which the applicant is required to possess under this code.

(b) In addition to the reasons set forth in section 86-35, the licensing administrator shall issue a seasonal business license if he or she finds that, if the applicant's seasonal business consists, in whole or in part, of making retail sales as defined in section 130-32, the sales tax deposit required by section 86-88 has been made in full.

(c) If the licensing administrator finds that the applicant does not meet all of the requirements for issuance set forth in this section and in section 86-35, he or she shall deny the general, seasonal, or temporary retail business license or defer a decision on the license application as provided in section 86-36.

(d) Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, no person may be issued more than five temporary retail business licenses within any 12-month period. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 3, 11-30-1998)
