(a) Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, each general business license shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

(b) Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, each seasonal business license issued under this article shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of issuance.

(c) Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, each temporary retail business license issued under this article shall be valid for a period of seven days from the date of issuance. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 3, 11-30-1998)
