Sec. 86-89. Application.
(a) Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, each application for a temporary retail business license shall contain the following information:
(1) If the applicant is an individual, the legal name and complete address of such individual;
(2) If the applicant is a legal entity, the legal name and complete address of such entity;
(3) The name of the temporary retail event in which the applicant will be participating and the street address and telephone number of the location where such event is to be carried on; and
(4) The signature of the applicant or the applicant's authorized agent.
(b) Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, the organizer or promoter of a temporary retail event may apply for a temporary retail business license on behalf of each participant in such event. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 3, 11-30-1998)
