Sec. 86-751. Businesses and licenses prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, or be licensed for a medical marijuana center as defined by C.R.S. § 44-11-104, and Department of Revenue Marijuana Enforcement Division Medical Marijuana Rules, 1 CCR 212-1, and described in C.R.S. § 44-11-402 within the City.
