In addition to the reasons set forth in section 86-47, the director shall suspend or revoke a trash hauler's certificate of registration if he or she finds that the certificate holder, or any officer, agent, or employee thereof, has violated any of the provisions of chapter 114 pertaining to the removal, transportation, and disposal of garbage, rubbish, and debris refuse.
