Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a trash hauler's certificate of registration may be transferred from one person to another upon the approval of a transfer application by the licensing administrator. Such application shall be made to the licensing administrator and shall contain such information as required by section 86-29. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 24, 11-30-1998)
