Each vehicle or trailer certified under this division shall display, upon the left hand side thereof, the number and the date of expiration of the certificate issued to such vehicle or trailer upon a tag or plate which shall be obtained from the licensing administrator. Such tag or plate shall be maintained in such a manner so that the words and figures thereon can be easily read. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 24, 11-30-1998)
