Sec. 86-665. Suspension or revocation.

(a) In addition to the reasons set forth in section 86-47, the director shall suspend or revoke any license issued under this division if he or she finds that the licensee has committed a violation of any of the provisions of:
(1) Chapter 130, article IV pertaining to the levy, collection, remittance of city lodger's tax; or
(2) Chapter 26, article V pertaining to public accommodations. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 22, 11-30-1998)
