(a) It shall be unlawful for any licensee or employee of such licensee to knowingly allow to occur any disorderly conduct or other criminal activity on or within the licensed premises which involves patrons, employees, or said licensee and which results in a conviction.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any licensee or employee of such licensee to knowingly allow to occur any specified sexual activity on or within the licensed premises which involves patrons, employees, or said licensee.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any licensee or employee of such licensee to fail to immediately report to the police department any disorderly conduct or other criminal or specified sexual activity which occurs on or within the licensed premises.

(d) It shall be unlawful for the licensee, or for any manager or employee, to violate any of the requirements of this division or to knowingly permit any patron to violate the requirements of this division. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 18, 11-30-1998)
