(a) No person shall hold himself or herself out to the public as an escort, or accept compensation as an escort, within the city without a valid escort license.

(b) No person shall conduct, manage, or carry on an escort bureau business within the city without a valid escort bureau license.

(c) No person shall represent himself or herself as an escort bureau runner, or accept compensation as an escort bureau runner, within the city without a valid escort bureau runner license. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 14, 11-30-1998)
