Sec. 86-374. Suspension and revocation.

(a) In addition to the reasons set forth in section 86-47, the director shall suspend or revoke an after-hours club or teen club license if he or she finds that:
(1) The licensed premises has been inactive for at least three months; or
(2) In the case of an after-hours club or teen club license approved for a facility which had not yet been constructed at the time of such approval, such facility has not been completed and placed in operation within one year of the license approval. (Ord. No. 98-86, §§ 12, 13, 11-30-1998)
