Sec. 86-372. Limitations on operation.
(a) Any after-hours club licensed pursuant to this division shall be limited or restricted in its operation as follows:
(1) No customers or patrons shall be permitted to enter the club unless they have obtained the age of 18 years.
(2) Supervisory and security personnel shall be provided both inside and outside the licensed premises during all hours of operation. Security personnel shall be provided in accordance with the following requirements:

and so forth in increments of every 200 additional patrons. All security personnel need not be in uniform; provided, however, that security personnel shall be made recognizable in some manner to public safety authorities, in order that public safety officers may distinguish security personnel from patrons and customers of the club.
(3) No alcoholic beverages shall be served or consumed on the licensed premises.
(b) Any teen club licensed pursuant to this article shall be limited and restricted in its operation as follows:
(1) Hours of operation shall be limited to 12 noon to 12 midnight.
(2) Patrons or customers of the club shall be limited to ages 13 through 20 years. Other than employees of club, no person under the age of 13 years or the age of 21 years or older shall be permitted to patronize licensed premises.
(3) Supervisory and security personnel shall be provided both inside and outside the licensed premises during all hours of operation. Security personnel shall be provided by the club in accordance with the following requirements:
