(a) It shall be unlawful to sell, expose for sale or have in such person's possession with the intent to offer for sale any fireworks, including permissible fireworks, without a valid retail firework license issued by the City.

(b) It shall be unlawful to sell, expose for sale or have in such person's possession with the intent to offer for sale any fireworks other than permissible fireworks unless the person has a valid retail firework license issued by the City.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell to any person who is under 16 years of age any fireworks, including any permissible fireworks. (Ord. No. 2017-09, § 1, 2-27-2017)
