(1) To issue, deny, renew, suspend and revoke, after notice and hearing thereon, all licenses required by and issued to businesses within the city under the authority of this chapter;

(2) To enforce all provisions of this chapter relating to such licenses, whether through the municipal court or the administrative review process set forth in this article; and

(3) To promulgate reasonable rules and regulations for the proper administration and enforcement of such provisions. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 2, 11-30-1998)
