Sec. 86-27. Legislative declaration.
(a) The purpose and intent of this article is to establish reasonable and uniform procedures for granting, denying, renewing, suspending, and revoking licenses required by and issued to businesses within the city under the authority of this chapter.
(b) Nothing in this article is intended to apply or shall be construed to apply to:
(1) Licenses issued for or related to the sale of fermented malt beverages, or malt, vinous, or spirituous liquors under chapter 6, articles III, IV, and V, and C.R.S. Title 12, Articles 46 through 48; or
(2) Licenses and certificates issued to contractors and contracting supervisors under chapter 22, article III, tree trimmers under chapter 26, article X, and contractors working in the public right-of-way under chapter 126, article V. (Ord. No. 98-86, § 2, 11-30-1998)
