Every applicant, licensee, employee, or agent of a licensee shall permit the local licensing authority, and any agent of the local licensing authority, or any other person authorized to inspect the premises, the licensed premises, and the location for compliance with the City Code and any of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto. Every licensee shall also provide upon request a copy of all records required to be maintained by this article or records required to be maintained by any state or federal regulatory agency.
