Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this article incorporates the requirements and procedures set forth in the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code, the Colorado Department of Revenue Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division Medical Marijuana Rules, (1 CCR 212-1), the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, and the Colorado Department of Revenue Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division Medical Marijuana Rules, (1 CCR 212-1). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this article and the provisions of the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code or the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code or any other applicable state or local law, the more restrictive provision shall control. Licensees shall comply with, and conduct their business in compliance with, all applicable state and local laws, rules and regulation, and the terms and conditions of their license. (Ord.
