(a) Relevant neighborhood. There is established a rebuttable presumption that the relevant neighborhood most likely to be affected by the common consumption area shall conform to the parameters of the relevant neighborhood as set forth in section 6-69(a) of the City Code.

(b) Petition. The petitions to establish the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood and the desires of the adult inhabitants shall conform to the requirements for petitions set forth in section 6-69(b) of the City Code. (Ord. No. 2017-05, § 1, 2-6-2017)
