If an optional premises license has been issued to a person in conjunction with a license to sell and serve malt, vinous and spirituous liquors on adjacent premises, a violation of this Code or state statutes on alcoholic beverages or the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto which occurs on the optional premises shall subject the licensee to suspension or revocation of both licenses.
