No malt, vinous or spirituous liquors shall be sold or served on optional premises licensed under this division without written notice provided by the licensee to the licensing authority no less than 48 hours or more than 180 days prior to such sale and service. Such notice shall state the specific days and hours during which the optional premises will be used. The licensee may file more than one such notice during the calendar year. (Code 1979, § 5-93)
