Any cabaret license issued under this division may be surrendered by the licensee. The surrender of a cabaret license shall be made to the finance director or his or her designee on forms provided by the licensing division of the finance department. If a cabaret license is surrendered, all rights under such license expire and such license shall not be transferable. (Code 1979, § 5-83)
