Any initiative or referendum petition circulated within the city shall be signed by registered electors. Each registered elector shall sign his or her own signature, after which he or she shall print his or her name; place of residence, including house or apartment number, street address, and city; and the date of signing the petition. Signatures which do not contain all of the information required by this section shall be considered invalid.
