There is created a judicial performance commission, established for the purpose of presenting evaluations and recommendations to the city council in regard to the reappointment of municipal court judges. The judicial performance commission's evaluations and recommendations presented to the city council shall be made available to the public in the form of aggregate reports. (Code 1979, § 8-400; Ord.
