There is established an Aurora Fox Arts Center Board for the City, referred to in this division as the board. The board shall have the responsibility and function of advising the city council and the director of library, recreation and cultural services on such matters as shall pertain to the planning, regulation, maintenance, repair and operation of the Aurora Fox Arts Center.
