There is created a telecommunications committee for the purpose of monitoring the City's cable television system franchises and operators, reviewing applications for the installation of cable or OVS systems in accordance with section 30-29, promulgating rules and regulations pertaining to cable television systems pursuant to section 30-32, and ensuring enforcement of this article.
