Arboriculture license shall authorize the licensee under the name of a firm or corporation, or any person employed by such person, firm or corporation to perform all of the above services.

Large tree license shall authorize the licensee under the name of a firm or corporation, or any person employed by such person, firm or corporation to prune or remove trees of any size.

Ornamental license shall authorize the licensee under the name of a firm or corporation, or any person employed by such person, firm or corporation to prune or remove small vegetation where the individual is not required to leave the ground except by use of a step ladder not exceeding the height of 12 feet, and then only for the purpose of shearing evergreens.

Spray license shall authorize the licensee under the name of a firm or corporation, or any people employed by such person, firm or corporation to spray, or otherwise treat trees, shrubs, or vines, or apply herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, soil conditioners or fertilizers as regulated by the Colorado State Department of Agriculture.
