If, after investigation, the licensing administrator finds that:

(1) All conditions imposed upon the applicant by this chapter as prerequisites to the issuance of the arborist license have been met;

(2) The license application has been completed in full and the required license fee and any late charges, if any, have been paid, and;

(3) The license application contains no fraudulent, misrepresented, or false statement of a material or relevant fact,

Then within seven days following the receipt of the license application and the successful completion of written and/or field proficiency exams, the license will be issued to the applicant for use at the location identified in the license application as the situs of the business.
