In carrying out its mission, the business advisory board shall be cognizant of the role of the City's economic development agencies. The city manager shall implement an administrative program whereby economic development issues are referred to the appropriate economic development agency, and general business issues are referred to the board; however, both entities are encouraged to provide whatever assistance the other may request.
