The business advisory board shall consist of 11 persons appointed by the city council. All members or their employers shall be members of the Aurora business community. Whenever possible, the mayor appointee shall also be a member of the financial services industry. Pursuant to section 2-769 of this Code, otherwise qualifying members need not be residents of the City.
