Sec. 22-63. Certificate holder responsibility.
All holders of certificates issued under this article shall be responsible for the work supervision they assume in accordance with the requirements of this chapter without limitation and including but not limited to the following items:
(1) Observing safety requirements established pursuant to licensee responsibilities;
(2) Having in their possession, at all times, the certificate for the work they are performing or supervising;
(3) Presenting the certificate when requested by the building division;
(4) Faithfully constructing, without substantial departure from the drawings and specifications filed and approved by the building division and permit issued for such, unless changes are approved by the building division;
(5) Paying any fees assessed under the authority of this chapter; and
