(1) Reporting in writing to the building division within three working days any accident occurring in any construction, demolition or undertaking which has resulted in lost time, injury or death to any person or damage to any building, structure or utility;

(2) Providing minimum safety measures and equipment to protect workers and the public;

(3) Having in their possession, at all times, the license document for the work they are performing;

(4) Presenting the license document when requested by the building division;

(5) Employing a qualified supervisor certified in accordance with this article;

(6) Employing only qualified journeymen, apprentices or trainees and employing no other persons to perform the work permitted by the license in accordance with this article;

(7) Obtaining permits when required prior to commencing work;

(8) Faithfully constructing, without substantial departure from the drawings and specifications filed and approved by the building division and the permit issued for such, unless changes are approved by the division;

(9) Completing all work authorized by the permit issued under authority of this chapter, unless there is acceptable cause for the noncompletion and the noncompletion is allowed by the building division;

(10) Obtaining inspection services when required by this chapter;

(11) Paying any fees assessed under the authority of this chapter;

(12) Obeying any order or notice issued under the authority of this chapter;

(13) Providing toilet facilities prior to and during construction or demolition; and

(14) Maintaining with the building division a current mailing address. Any order, notice, summons and complaint or other division communication, whether delivered by personal service or by certified, registered or first class mail sent to that address, shall constitute service.
