Temporary ditches, berms or other means shall be provided to prevent damage to developed properties below the property under construction. Any drainage facilities which are restricted by settlement and accumulation due to grading shall be repaired by the developer. (Ord. No. 2006-78, § 1(Exh. A), 1-8-2007)
