(a) The provisions of chapter 70, chapter 126 and chapter 138, pertaining to streets and sidewalks, are applicable to the work performed in this article.

(b) The provisions of the Department of Housing and Urban Development "Minimum Property Standards Grading Design" shall also be applicable to the work performed in this article. (Ord. No. 2006-78, § 1(Exh. A), 1-8-2007)
