When deemed necessary prior to the commencing of wrecking or demolishing a building, protection shall be rendered to pedestrians on public property, as set forth in sections 3306 and Table 3306.1 of the building code adopted in section 22-131. (Ord. No. 2006-78, § 1(Exh. A), 1-8-2007)
