No person shall employ for pay or any other consideration or agree to pay any consideration to an individual to engage in lobbying covered officials, unless such individual is a registered lobbyist or agrees to register in accordance with section 2-953(a). (Ord. No. 2021-08, § 1, 3-22-2021)
