The term of appointment of each member of the citizen's advisory budget committee shall be from the date of appointment to the expiration of the term of the councilmember making the appointment. A councilmember may at any time excuse one or both appointees to the committee by giving written notification of such fact to the affected member. (Code 1979, § 8-93)
