Editor's note: Ord. No. 2016-45, § 1 adopted Oct. 10, 2016, repealed § 2-588, which pertained to establishment of special revenue fund and derived from Code 1979, § 40-60; Ord. No. 95-53, exh. A(§ 40-60), adopted Sept. 11, 1995. Per § 2 of said ordinance, the abatement fund is abolished and all assets and liabilities remaining are transferred to the general fund.
