Sec. 2-311. Destruction of library books or other department materials.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful to willfully or maliciously or wantonly and without cause write in or upon or injure, deface, tear or destroy any book, plate, picture, engraving, map, newspaper, magazine, pamphlet, manuscript, audio or video recording, computer software or other material belonging to the library, recreation and cultural services department.
