The city manager shall maintain an organizational chart which sets out the city departments and city divisions therein. The city manager shall provide the city council with timely reports on any modifications to the organizational chart, but no less than once a year. A copy of the organizational chart shall be available on the City's intranet site and in the city clerk's office. In addition to the listing of the various departments and divisions, the organizational chart shall also provide for a description of the department directors responsibilities and authority.
