The city manager or the manager's designee is authorized to give notice to the owner or occupant of a lot or open area, in accordance with subsection 142-72(a), ordering that landscaping on the City's right-of-way be maintained in accordance with section 142-75. The notice shall indicate that the owner or occupant has seven days from the transmission of such notice to bring such right-of-way into compliance with this article. (Code 1979, § 40-56.2)
