It shall be unlawful for the owner of an animal to permit the encroachment of the animal. For purposes of this chapter an animal shall be deemed encroaching, and violating this section, when any part of the animal can extend beyond the property of the owner. (Ord. No. 2020-55, § 6, 11-2-2020)
