During the development or other construction activity of any property within the city, a subdivider/responsible party must use construction best management practices for the control of the quality of stormwater drainage originating from the subject property. Additionally, permanent best management practices are required to ensure continuing compliance with the rules and regulations of Aurora Water. (Code 1979, § 39-164; Ord.
