Water service to a customer shall be terminated upon nonpayment of the utility bill. Termination shall be effective when the bill is delinquent. An administrative fee will be assessed for shut off of services.

Water service will be reinstated for delinquent customers upon payment of monies owed to the city and a deposit may be required. A re-connect fee will be charged to the customer for the connection of services. (Ord. No. 2003-87, § 2, 1-12-2004)
