Water and wastewater service is furnished by the city for the sole use of the customer at the premises designated in the service application. It shall be unlawful for any person to resell, redistribute, or otherwise dispose of water or sewer service to any other person except as authorized by City Code and/or Aurora Water rules and regulations.
