Sec. 134-7. Offenses by persons owning or controlling vehicles.

Neither the owner or any person employing or otherwise directing the driver of any vehicle shall require or knowingly permit the operation of such vehicle upon a city street in any manner contrary to law. (Code 1979, § 37-14)
