All forms of nonmotorized travel, including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle, animal rider, and animal drawn vans, are unlawful on all portions of any controlled access highway within the City. (Ord. No. 98-42, § 1, 6-29-1998)

Editor's note: A portion of a memorandum, dated July 30, 1998, in reference to section 98-42 reads as follows: "The Colorado Department of Transportation has refused to approve the provisions of this section as being applicable to any state highway located within the City of Aurora. However, the section continues to apply to the E-470 Tollway since it is not a state highway."
