Whenever the city manager or his or her designated representative finds that the road conditions which originally gave rise to a parking prohibition no longer exist, he or she may declare the prohibition terminated for any and all snow emergency routes originally affected. Information relating to the termination of a parking prohibition shall be disseminated by the same method as indicated in section 134-185. (Code 1979, § 37-55)
